Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Luminosa Beauty Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at shopluminosabeauty@gmail.com before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Luminosa Beauty Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Contacting your local carrier office
  • Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier
